About us
Berlin Buhara Institute is an Institute with Special Status, which was established in 2008, while working as an association for nearly 5 years, to train Imams/theologians from Muslim young people, who have been needed in Berlin and throughout Germany for a long time, most of whom were born and raised in Germany. We gave this name to our Institute because of the fact that great Islamic Scholars such as Muhammad al-Bukhari and Shah-i Naqshbandi were educated in the historical city of Buhara, located within the borders of Uzbekistan, and in memory and respect of these great scholars, who are the founders of Sufi Etiquette and Naqshbandi Etiquette in Sufism, and because we provide education on this path.

Of course, students also have a storage room for their special suitcases.
There is also a room of approximately 80 square meters on the same floor, which will allow them to have fun and do sports such as table ball on winter days. The middle floor is completely designed as an education area; There are 1 100 square meter and 2 40 square meter classrooms, as well as 3 teacher and meeting rooms, 1 Principal-Business Administration room, and 1 40 square meter library. There is also a room for fine arts called "Hobby Raum" for students, both for their classes and for their free time. Our kitchen has been established with the latest technology, and all kinds of health insurance has been obtained and approved by the necessary institutions. If necessary, it has the capacity to cook for 1000 people a day in order to respond to the activities that may occur in the 650 square meter large hall of the same building. On the upper floor of the building, there is a 650 square meter hall, equipped with the latest sound and lighting system and prepared for all kinds of activities with its table and chairs. Partial use of this hall is allocated to the school at regular intervals for educational purposes.
In addition, in the last section, which has a guest house of approximately 150 square meters, there are 3 dormitories, 1 living room, 3 toilets, 2 showers-sinks and 1 kitchen catering to this section, catering to the guests and parents of the students. Other areas are designed to be suitable for walking, wandering and exercising.
Our Vision
Our Vision
The approximate population of Muslims who came to Europe, especially Germany, in the 1960s and who live only in Germany after a long break of 60-70 years, is 4.5 million. Until now, the Muslim community has tried to perform their religious duties to some extent, either through their own efforts or, in recent years, with the Imams sent by the countries they come from. But this deficiency has constantly shown itself. Our Imams, who come from Muslim countries, come for a certain period of time, which is 4 years on average, and during this short period of time, they suffer from language difficulties and have trouble keeping up with the country they come to. That is why those who were born and raised in the meantime have reached the age of 40-50 and have grown up without receiving a real religious education. And this still continues. In order to put an end to these problems, we, the founders and members of the Samarkand Association, who are our origin, opened our Buhara - Private school, knowing that we had to train our own Imam for many years, with intense work.
Our mission
Our mission
Our aim is that the Imams we will graduate in the future will be able to better serve our Muslim brothers and sisters by learning the language and culture of the country they live in, and that they will also be able to better introduce and explain our religion to our non-Muslim but German friends and circle with whom we live together, as well as to other interested religious groups.
